Bobcats put 2012 recruiting class to bed with two more commitments on Thursday.

Quinnipiac University head coach Tom Moore added to his 2012 recruiting class on Wednesday with a pair of commitments from six-foot-two guard Shaquille Shannon from Conners State Junior College and six-foot-three swingman James Ford from Quality Education.

Shannon was named 3rd team all conference in the Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Association this year after averaging nearly 12 points per game.  A native of Philadelphia, Shannon is known as a quick combo-guard and lockdown defender.

Ford is a native of Richmond, Virginia who spent this season in North Carolina at Quality Education.  A long and well built swingman, Ford can make shots from the perimeter but is also a threat to facilitate and create scoring opportunities for himself and others.

Shannon and Ford join St. Anthony guard Tariq Carey and Middletown (NY) guard Kendrick Ray in Quinnipiac's 2012 recruiting class.
