Stukes Opens Up Recruitment

Winchendon post-grad no longer committed to Albany for next season.   

 


James Stukes, a post-graduate forward from the Winchendon School, has de-committed from the University at Albany according to GothamHoops.com

“I’m just going to focus on school and on ball [this season],” Stukes told Ray Anczelowicz, adding that he still plans on considering Albany when the time comes. 

Stukes came to the Winchendon School via Rice High School in New York where he helped the team to a CHSAA Class AA intersectional city championship and the State Federation Class AA crown in his senior season.

The six-foot-five forward is a versatile talent with an inside out game.  He has the body type and physical aggressiveness of a linebacker allowing him to thrive inside the paint, but is also especially effective handling the ball and making plays off the dribble from the perimeter.
