Crusaders pick up their second pledge in 2010 class.

Holy Cross first year head coach Sean Kearney went to Kansas to pick up his second verbal commitment of the 2010 class.

Steve Carver, a six-foot-seven face-up four man from Shawnee Mission Northwest High School in Kansas, pledged to Kearney and the Crusaders on Tuesday morning.

Carver is described as a long and skilled forward with a high upside who should fit in very well with the motion system that Kearney plans to bring from his days at Notre Dame.

Carver joins Vermont’s Joe OShea in Holy Cross’ 2010 recruiting class.
