Individual instruction is designed for players of all ages and abilities, who are serious about maximizing their basketball potential. Each session is explicitly organized to address the needs of the specific player. The program aims to be the most efficient form of skill development training available.
Our instruction is based on a building block approach in which we develop the basic fundamental skills first and foremost. When teaching any particular skill, we believe that instruction must be supplemented with repetition until the player is able to quickly execute that skill under game conditions. Only at that point will we move on to a more advanced skill. Consequently, the program affords the flexibility to be as basic or as advanced as the player’s abilities dictate.
In the state of Connecticut all coaching is currently being done by Adam Finkelstein. We have gym locations throughout the state to make the program as convenient as possible for all interested players. In states other than Connecticut, the coaches will vary but will all be equally qualified and trained in our instructional methods.

College and Professional Players
For those individuals already playing either in college or on the professional level, we offer similar, individualized skill development and workout programs. Whether it is off-season training or draft preparation, we can come up with a program that meets any player’s personal and training needs. We are based in Connecticut but can travel to accommodate the needs of players or teams.
