Adam Finkelstein manages the day to day operations of New England Basketball Services. His responsibilities include serving as the editor of the New England Recruiting Report, managing the content of NewEnglandRecruitingReport.com, coordinating many of our exposure events, and directing our individual instruction program. Kevin Cieplicki is one of the foremost authorities on basketball in the state of Vermont as well as a keen evaluator of talent. Kevin spent 12 years as the head boy’s basketball coach at Rice Memorial High School in South Burlington, Vermont. During that time his teams earned a record of 170-80 while also advancing to 6 Vermont Final Fours and winning a state championship in 2000. Kevin's teams also produced 12 players that went on to play at the college level.
Phil Kasiecki has covered local high school and college basketball for the last ten years. He has a reputation for not only being extremely knowledgeable about the New England recruiting scene, but also as an expert of college basketball. His primary outlet is for Hoopville.net, where he serves as both the managing editor as well as a senior editor.
Ephraim Herskovitz became a contributor to the New England Recruiting Report in the spring of 2008 following his graduation from Beaver Country Day School. Known by many as one of the best pure shooters in the region, Ephraim will continue his playing career at Hamilton College next year where he will also major in English.
